Course curriculum
Somatic Embodiment Yoga Teacher Training is offered IN-PERSON with the option to attend an immersion or complete your studies over 3 extended weekends. Training is offered throughout AB & BC in Canada with one travel training offered outside of Canada each year. Your SE yoga training includes 9 weeks of online learning that supports you in solidifying your understanding of Somatic Embodiment Yoga and how to share it with others. Prior yoga or somatic experience is not required for this trauma-informed training as the curriculum is designed to support you in experiencing your own embodied self-healing. We provide direct entry into the Somatic Yoga Therapist Training for graduates of this program.
