  • 100-Hour Certification in Integrative Restorative Yoga C-IRYT for registration with the Canadian Yoga Alliance or Namasta (provides access to yoga teacher insurance)

  • 200-Hour Certification in Integrative Thai Yoga Massage C-ITYM for registration with the NHPC (Canada) or Namasta (USA) (provides access to bodywork insurance and ability to bill to insurance companies in some States and Provinces)

  • Opportunity to be listed on the Integrative Somatic Studies Institute website

  • Opportunity for direct entry into 800-Hour Somatic Yoga Therapist Training through Mandorla Yoga Institute

Your Training Includes

This training is a collaborative offering made possible by the work of Ratha Chek (MC, CYT, RCC, Doctor of Counselling & Psychotherapy Candidate Founder of Integrative Somatic Therapy Practice & Training) and Stefani Wilton (BA, RMT, C-IAYT, ISTP, E-RYT 500 YACEP, Founder of Embodiment Yoga & Somatic Yoga Therapy and the Mandorla Yoga Institute). Completion of Level 2 ISTP training or equivalent training in recognized Somatic Therapy Training is required for acceptance into this program.

  • Accessible ONLINE foundational learning in the original somatic practices of Thai yoga massage, Ayurveda, and yoga therapy

  • Online Mentoring and Email Support with Stefani Wilton

  • In-Person training with Ratha Chek and Stefani Wilton in the integrative arts of somatic bodywork and yoga
